Noise is a relative idea. Is this kettle noisy? Well, noisy compared to what? It is quieter than my final kettle. If you have been employing a especially quiet kettle then perhaps this model will disappoint you, but I discover it challenging to classify it as objectively loud. It is also rapid to boil, so even if its low growl annoys you the irritation does not last for extended.
