    Costumer Testimonials

I purchased this for my partner's 79yr old mother, who was intent on getting "something good".

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so you can draw your personal conclusions on if or not you like this kettle. If you do, then beware - Argos have been discounting a extremely related kettle which (as it is similar) is not quite the very same in its style.

    On to the practicalities:

This kettle has a larger footprint than most, due to it's conical shape, yet has a slightly smaller capacity than a great number of

The water level indicator is in line with manage and switch. Form more than function ... and it is rather challenging to see (even when you put the kettle down and turn the indicator to face you)

It is noisy. When it is boiling a fairly modest quantity of water it's even noisier.

Scale appears to be making up around the rim of the lid

I don't uncover the deal with ergonomic

Household members have taken to wiping splashes off it after every single fill, to avoid water marks

On the positive side, it appears to pour with no dripping ...

I purchased this kettle from Homebase when it was on unique provide a couple of weeks ago - more affordable than Amazon. I usually invest in supermarket own brand kettles and they final for years, this one particular was substantially alot more expensive. I just felt that the design and colour looked so cheerful and that my kitchen necessary a thing to brighten it up on a cold winter's morning. 1st off the taste was disgusting, the tea/coffee did taste plastic, an additional reviewer suggested baking powder, it functions and the taste enhanced. Then, following a couple of uses, a scratch appeared devoid of any obvious result in. Now it looks as even though it is starting to leak at the bottom of the water indicator, a bead of water runs down onto the on/off switch, the paint also seems to be lifting at this spot. Is this dangerous? I bought this as Morphy Richards was a brand I trusted, I am not at all pleased about this item.
